Terms of service

By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking fee & payment
   1. When placing a service request, a non-refundable booking fee will be collected. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with shortlisting potential candidates.
   2. Payment of the booking fee is necessary to initiate the candidate shortlisting process.
2. Candidate shortlisting
   1. Once the booking fee is paid, we will begin the process of shortlisting potential candidates based on your job description and service location.
   2. The shortlisting process typically takes 7-10 days; however, depending on factors such as candidate availability and job requirements, it may extend up to 15 days.
3. Confirmation & scheduling
   1. After reviewing the shortlisted candidates, you will be provided with the selected candidates' profiles for your consideration.
   2. Upon your confirmation of a candidate, we will proceed to confirm the same with the selected candidate and schedule a service start date.
   3. Please note that we do not arrange interview phone calls or video calls with candidates.
4. Police verification
   1. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for a police verification of the selected candidate.
   2. Upon your request, we can assist in arranging police verification, which will be chargeable as an additional service.
5. Deployments & replacements
   1. Each booking includes a maximum of 3 deployments or replacements of candidates within a 365 days period if deemed necessary by the customer.
6. Liability & responsibility
   1. Moppin is not responsible for any damage caused by the hired staff to your property or belongings.
   2. Any loss or theft of personal belongings resulting from the services provided by the staff is not the liability of Moppin.
   3. Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Refund policy

Please note that the booking fee collected is non-refundable. Once paid, the booking fee cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you proceed with hiring a candidate or not.
